2. Counter-Notification

    - A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located within your jurisdiction and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or an agent of that person.


2.2. Counter-Notices should be sent to our designated Copyright Agent (contact details provided in section 1.2 above).


3. Repeat Infringers


METANEWZ may, at its discretion, terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. In accordance with the DMCA, we will also remove or disable access to infringing content.

METANEWZ is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of content posted by its users. The responsibility for copyright infringement lies solely with the individual or entity that submitted the content.
